After releasing Volume 1 back in January of this year, I had such a good response that I had to bring out another PDF for you all to enjoy!
(Although I think this one is even better!).

When it comes to training, I don’t have one specific style that I enjoy. I enjoy EVERYTHING! Sometimes I enjoy slow paced sessions where the focus is on lifting heavy weights with plenty or rest periods, and other times I enjoy intense workouts where I’m lifting challenging weights with high volume and minimal rest!

I love variety, and to me, it’s one of the best ways to gain strength, improve your fitness and coordination, and keep your training interesting.
These workouts are designed by me, and involve methods and techniques which have helped me with my own strength and personal development over the years. It is designed to challenge you, help you build strength, size, endurance, and overall fitness!
